Return Policy | Hassle-Free Wig Returns

Returns & Store Credit Policy

We’re sorry you’re considering a return, but we completely understand. Please read our policy below before submitting a request.

Eligible Returns:

  • Only wigs are eligible for return.
  • All returns are for store credit only.
  • Qualified returns must be initiated within 5 days of delivery.
  • Once approved, the return package must be postmarked within 3 business days.
  • Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.

Restocking Fees:

  • Returns are subject to a 10–20% restocking fee, depending on the condition of the returned Haircrown.
  • Additional restocking fees may apply for customers with a history of frequent returns.

Wigs MUST be returned in the following condition:

  • Lace must be intact
  • Original hang tag must be attached
  • Wig must not be cut, restyled, or show signs of wear beyond initial try-on

Returns will be rejected if:

  • Used wig caps or unrelated items are sent back
  • Tag is not attached
  • Wig has a strong odor (perfume, smoke, etc.)
  • Wig clearly shows signs of wear or alteration

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Lace-cut wigs
  • Final sale items
  • Wig care items
  • Holiday sales or special discounted items
  • Used or worn products
  • Route package insurance (non-refundable)
